A disk type microfluidic device using a microfluidic chip is provided to automatically perform the work using various microfluidic chips within a disk type platform, and to reduce the manual work required in experiment or diagnosis using a microarray chip. A disk type microfluidic device using a biomolecule microarray chip includes a rotatable disk-type platform(100); a microfluidic structure which are arranged within the disk-type platform, includes a plurality of chambers(120,130,140), a plurality of channels(183) connecting a plurality of chambers and a plurality of valves controlling the flow of the fluid through the chambers, and manipulates the fluid sample with the rotation of the disk-shape platform and the valve; and a biomolecule microarray chip(190) mounted on the disk-type platform to contact the biomass capture probe with the sample of the microflow structure.
