A method of constructing prestressed concrete composite beam bridge continuation structure having a haunch block located at column thereof and a continuation structure using same are provided to compensate for negative moment. A method of constructing prestressed concrete composite beam bridge continuation structure having a haunch block located at column thereof comprises a haunch block(110), a supported PSC beam, PSC beams, a concrete slab(150), a connector, a connection concrete(170), steel bars, and tensile material(122). The haunch block, which is a steel box, is installed on a pier(20) on which two composite beams are connected with each other in a bridge axis. The supported PSC beam is integrated with the haunch block. The PSC beam connects with the supported PSC beam. The concrete slab is formed on the PSC beams. The connector connects the haunch block with the supported PSC beam. The first connection concrete is poured between the haunch block and the supported PSC beam. The second connection concrete is poured between the PSC beams. The steel bars are installed between the supported PSC beam and the intermediate PSC beam. The tensile materials prestress the PSC beams.
