A vibrotactile spatial mouse and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to operate the vibrotactile spatial mouse easily by operating a click switch formed to the outside, and offer a mouse operation result in tactile sensation by providing vibrotactile sensation to the palm or fingers holding the vibrotactile spatial mouse. A spatial mouse main unit(10) has a gun grip shape and finger grooves(15). A circuit unit is inserted into the main unit, and performs control and communication with the outside. A plurality of click switches(30) provide a spatial mouse input signal according to clicking by connecting to the circuit unit and being formed to the finger grooves. An activation switch(40) activates a function of the spatial mouse by being clicked at a part connecting a grip(12) and a gun barrel(13). A vibrotactile driver(50) is installed to the finger grooves, a space between the thumb and the fingers, the grip, and/or provides vibrotactile sensation to the palm or fingers holding the spatial mouse according to a control signal received from the circuit unit as a spatial mouse operation result. Grooves(15) are formed for a user to grasp with four fingers without a thumb.
