A service system for an electronic commercial transaction meditating a talented man and a manager and a method thereof is provided to implement the contract contents in online by a reasonable rightful claimant who possesses the talent advertisement unit even though he/she is not the talented man, contracts a purchasing contract with the goods manager through a communication advertisement. A service system for an electronic commercial transaction meditating a talented man and a manager comprises the followings: a manger terminal(700) for an internet connection of a goods manager; a terminal of the talented man(100) for connection of the talented man offering the talent advertisement unit of the goods; a professional terminal(800) for the internet connection of the goods professional; a server for the electronic commercial transaction(200) providing the electronic commercial transaction service.
