An oil seal fixed structure of the shock absorber is provided to perform the role like the dust seal protecting the rod guide and prevents the penetration of the foreign material by adhering the oil seal on the top of the rod guide. An oil seal fixed structure of the shock absorber comprises the cylinder; the piston valve which generates the damping force by transferring in a straight line in cylinder; the piston rod in which one end is connected to the piston valve and the other end is extended as the outer side of cylinder; and the rod guide installed at upper side of cylinder and oil seal(23) for guiding the operation of the piston and sealing the cylinder inside.
