COMPOSITION FOR INDUCING MATURATION OF DENDRITIC CELL COMPRISING 3-BROMO-FASCAPLYSINE OR 10-BROMO-FASCAPLYSINE

A composition comprising 3-bromo-fascaplysine(3-Br-Fas) or 10-bromo-fascaplysine(10-Br-Fas) is provided to reduce the cost and improve efficiency by performing maturation of dendritic cell with the cell extract replacing expensive cytokine, thereby manufacturing the cell therapy products for treating cancer. The composition for inducing maturation of dendritic cell comprises 3-bromo-fascaplysine(3-Br-Fas) or 10-bromo-fascaplysine(10-Br-Fas). The maturation method of dendritic cell comprises the steps of: differentiating the monocyte separated from the blood into the dendritic cell; and treating the differentiated dendritic cell with 3-bromo-fascaplysine(3-Br-Fas) or 10-bromo-fascaplysine(10-Br-Fas).
