The present invention relates to a composition for inducing dendritic cell maturation and a method for maturing dendritic cells. More particularly, it relates to a composition for inducing dendritic cell maturation comprising physcion, an anthraquinone derivative, as an active ingredient, and a method for differentiating immature dendritic cells into mature dendritic cells using the same. The fishion according to the present invention can effectively mature dendritic cells by promoting the differentiation of immature dendritic cells, thereby effectively enhancing the body's immune response.
