The present invention relates to a dendritic cell maturation composition comprising a baekgangjam extract and a dendritic cell maturation method using the same, and more particularly, to a dendritic cell maturation composition comprising a baekgangjam extract; A method for preparing a dendritic cell maturation composition comprising the steps of immersing baekgangjam in an aqueous solution containing 0.01 to 5% by weight of antioxidants and obtaining an extract of baekgangjam from the aqueous solution in which baekgangjam is immersed; and culturing bone marrow cells in a medium composition comprising the dendritic cell maturation composition.
