METHOD FOR INCREASING BIOMASS PRODUCTION OF ANOECTOCHILUS FORMOSANUS HAYATA USING BIOREACTOR

Provided is a method for increasing the producing amount of biomass of anoectochilus formosanus hayata under optimal culture conditions obtained by predetermined the inoculating amount, initial sugar concentration, photosynthetic photon flux(PPF), and compositions of a culture medium. A method for increasing the producing amount of biomass of anoectochilus formosanus hayata comprises the following steps of: inoculating 13-20g/L of anoectochilus formosanus hayata on a Hyponex culture medium including 30-70mL/L of a coconut liquid and 0.2-1g/L of activated charcoal; and cultivating the anoectochilus formosanus hayata under 30-70 m^-2s^-1 of photosynthetic photon flux and a continuous immersing culture system.
