TEMPERATURE COMPENSATED CURRENT MEASUERING DEVICE AND BATTERY PACK USING THE SAME

An apparatus for measuring a temperature correction current and a battery pack using the same are provided to perform a control of a charging current and a charging/discharging capacity calculation without an external resistor of a high price. An apparatus(100) for measuring a temperature correction current comprises a conductive body(110), a temperature sensor(120), and a temperature correction current measuring circuit part(130). A current flows to the conductive body. The temperature sensor is adjacent to the conductive body in order to measure temperature. The temperature correction current measuring circuit part is connected to two points of the conductive body in order to measure a voltage, is connected to the temperature sensor in order to measure temperature of the conductive body, and measures a current flowing to the conductive body based on a measured temperature and voltage. A resistance value of the conductive body is increased according to increase of length, and is changed according to temperature.
