A device of automatically transferring a sensor sensing a display device characteristic value, a transfer method thereof and an image device with the same are provided to place a characteristic value sensor in a place close to an image device screen, thereby accurately measuring a characteristic value of the image device. A measurement sensing unit(100) is fixed to the first and second rotation brackets(230,240). The measurement sensor unit is positioned at one side of an imaging device in order not to cover an imaging device screen(601). A motor(401) of a power unit(400) is operated to measure an imaging device characteristic value. The first and second connection pieces(212,222) are slid toward a direction in which the first and second connection pieces come closely each other by rotation of a spur gear(402). A location recognition sensor(253) is fixed to the first and second guide grooves. The location recognition sensor recognizes that the first and second transfer pieces pass.
