摘要

A method of manufacturing a copper plate, a method of manufacturing a flexible copper foil laminated film and a flexible copper foil laminated film manufactured thereby are provided to prevent bend or creasing of copper foil by welding a metal of high hardness. A method of manufacturing a copper plate(100) comprises the following steps of: preparing a CU-based plate; forming a clad material of Cu-based layer(10)/metallic binder layer by laminating and rolling a metal of which hardness is Hv=90 or more; rolling the clad material to decrease thickness of the clad material; and removing the metallic binder layer(20) in the rolled clad material. The metal of which hardness is Hv=90 or more includes one or more selected from a group consisting of carbon steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum coated steel sheet, stainless, titanium, aluminum and aluminum alloy.
