A method for manufacturing a Chinese stuffed pancake having sweet potato flavor is provided to make the Chinese stuffed pancake with soft and good flavor using glutinous rice, a sweet potato, and other materials of 9 kinds. A method for manufacturing a Chinese stuffed pancake having sweet potato flavor comprises the following steps of: forming dough by putting 4kg of sweet potatoes(3), 8kg of glutinous rice(4); 20kg of wheat flour(6) and 30kg of water(2) in a kneader(1); separating the dough to 20g; forming filling materials by mixing 3kg of seasame(11), 3kg of peanuts(12), 3kg of raisins(13) and 3kg of muscovado sugar(14); separating the filling materials to 100g with a spoon; filling the materials in the dough; and roasting the dough and packing.
