A composition for natural antioxidation, which contains Ishige okamurae extract is provided to have excellent radical removement activity and cell damage inhibition and replace the conventional antioxidant. A composition for natural antioxidation contains an Ishige okamurae extract. A method for manufacturing the Ishige okamurae comprises: a step of pulverizing the dried Ishige okamurae sample to powder type; a step of extracting the powder with 80% methanol for 12 hours to obtain a methanol extract; a step of centrifuging the methanol extract and concentrating; a step of resolving with water and fractioning with ethyl acetate solution; and a step of compress-drying fractioned ethyl acetate layer to obtain fraction.
