A combining and separating device for a connector for improving the space usability of a place where the connector is installed and a connecter assembly including the same are provided to combine and separate the connector through a linear movement. Two bars(43) are formed in a rod shape. Operating bars are inserted inside the connector in order to be able to put in and out. An operation gear tooth is formed in the exterior of the operating bar according to the longitudinal direction of the operating bar. The operation gear tooth is fixed to the connector. The operation gear teeth are connected to a rotary gear with an interlocking gear tooth formed in the inner surface. Operating bars are connected to a connection bar(41).
