An assembling/disassembling apparatus for a connector and a connector assembly having the same are provided to form the first and second combination channels hooked in protrusions of two connectors, thereby dispersing a coupling force and shortening a rotation route. An operation lever(12) is formed in a rod shape. An operation bar(14) is connected to the operation lever by a coupling protrusion having a circular transverse section. In both sides of the operation bar around the coupling protrusion, the first and second combination channels(15,17) are formed. The first combination channel is extended in an arched shape having a predetermined radius of curvature. The second combination channel has an introduction portion and a settling portion. The introduction portion is opened in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the operation bar. The settling portion is extended to a direction orthogonal from the introduction portion.
