A flag hoist for flying a flag is provided to prevent the flag from being wound around the hoist due to the wind by installing a transfer device. A roller moves along a guide rail(300) formed in an outer side of a flag hoist(200). The guide rail is comprised of a hollow square beam and includes a separation preventing protrusion and a receiving groove. A plate supports the roller received in both receiving grooves and includes a connector and a support rod. A jet plate(500) includes an incision hole in the upper part of the hoist where the guide rail is installed. A jet supply line is connected to the jet hole and is connected to the discharging hole of the blower installed in the bottom of the hoist. First and second driving gears are equipped in a horizontal axis. An induced gear is horizontally protruded to the outside of the hoist.
