A Codonopsis lanceolata instant noodle and a preparing method thereof are provided to enable an impotent, obese person and hypertensive to eat instant noodles by using Condonopsis lanceolata. A method for preparing a Condonopsis lanceolata instant noodle comprises the following steps of: peeling 3 Condonopsis lanceolata and soaking into water and beating them to make them flat; spreading seasoned red pepper paste on the flat Condonopsis lanceolata and roasting them; cutting to 1cm in length; boiling 3 short-necked clams and drying the flesh; washing and drying 7 oysters; washing 1 Oenanthe javanica and 1 shallot respectively and cutting to 1cm in length and drying them; grinding garlic and drying it; preparing one and half Ts red pepper paste; grinding 10 anchovies and drying them; soaking rice in water and grinding to rice flour; adding 1/10ts monosodium glutamate and 2/10ts salt to the rice flour and kneading the dough; and making noodles.
