PURPOSE: A photographing apparatus is provided to effectively perform the translation and rotational motion.;CONSTITUTION: A photographing apparatus includes a movable platform and a controller. The movable platform has an image pickup device which photographs an optical image through a taking lens, and is movable and rotational on an x-y plane vertical to the optical axis of the taking lens.
