PURPOSE: A pile foundation construction system and a method thereof are provided to reduce time and period for construction by preventing the intensity degrade of the pile.;CONSTITUTION: An excavated hole is formed on a ground or bedrock using a blow frame with a measuring line. Translation distance of the measuring line is detected by a measuring unit located in and a position separated from the blow frame(S130). Depth of the excavated hole in which the blow frame forms is measured using movement time and translation distance of the measuring line(S140). A pile gets closer to the excavated hole after ground and bedrock blowing is stooped, if the depth of the excavated hole reaches a pre-set value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
