A method of manufacturing liquid manure through ammonia degassing technique of waste water containing high concentration ammonia is provided to separate put waste water into waste water of liquid and ammonia gas through the degassing technique. A method of manufacturing liquid manure through ammonia degassing technique of waste water containing high concentration ammonia comprises steps of: injecting NaOH in waste water and controlling acidity; heating the waste water to the exchanger heats(S200); separating the waste water into gas comprising the waste water of liquid and air, ammonia in an ammonia stripping tower; separating and discharging the waste water of separated liquid; moving the separated air and the gas consisting of the ammonia to the ammonia absorbing tower(S500); exhausting the air remained after injecting the phosphoric acid aqueous solution in the ammonia absorbing tower; ejecting the aqueous solution within the ammonia absorbing tower to a reservoir(S600); and injecting potassium sulfate and microelement fertilizer component in the aqueous solution ejected to the reservoir.
