An apparatus for manufacturing chicken aging sauce is provided to make uniform aging of a chicken by maintaining temperature of an ageing tank and to prevent generation of separation of a material by centrifugal force. A pulverizer(110) grinds and ejects onion, garlic, and zinger. A discharge pipe(130) of the pulverizer discharges materials crushed by a plurality of blades(120). A mixer(200) mixes the crushed materials, vanilla perfume, ginger extract, garlic extract, sugar, saline, and black pepper. A rotating drum(230) having agitating blade(240) of a curved shape is installed on the mixer. An aging tank(300) is connected to an upper side of an exhaust line(260) of the mixer. A motor(311) is installed in outer side of the aging tank.
