摘要

A mixed mulberry leaves powder composition fermented with a lactic acid bacteria and a fermentor composition is provided to improve digestion function and constipation by mixing green tea powder and chlorella powder to mulberry leaves powder and fermenting the mixture with a lactic acid bacteria starter. A mixed mulberry leaves powder composition is manufactured by mixing green tea powder 5 weight% and chlorella powder 5 weight% to mulberry leaves power 90 weight%. The mulberry leaves power fermentor is manufactured by vaccinating a lactic acid bacteria starter to the mulberry leaves power and fermenting it.
