A median strip structure having a locking type emergency opening structure is provided to be fixed stably to a central line or a road shoulder of a driveway at installation, and to rescue or turn back by releasing the fixed state easily when the traffic is suspended by a disaster or an accident in a traffic lane. A median strip structure having a locking type emergency opening structure comprises a hinge shaft post(10) fixed and buried in a road to the appointed depth, and a door structure to be hinge-opened by the hinge shaft post, wherein the door structure comprises an open type support sleeve buried perpendicularly, a plurality of hollow pillar posts(120) arranged correspondingly to the sleeve, a guide rail(130) fixed and extended horizontally at the appointed height of the pillar post, a lock member moving internally between the pillar post and the sleeve, and a roller member fixed to the lower part of the pillar post to make contact with a road surface.
