A method of beverage containing herba houttuyniae and saururus chinensi is provided to manufacture the beverage which does not reduce pharmacological effect of the Saururus Herba and Houttuynia cordata but their flavor is removed. A method of beverage containing herba houttuyniae and saururus chinensi comprises: a step of drying the herba houttuyniae and saururus chinensi at 35~40°C for 30-40 hours; a step of roasting the dried herba houttuyniae at 40~80°C for 3~15 minutes; a step of roasting the dried saururus chinensi at 60~70°C for 3~15minutes; a step of boiling the roasted herba houttuyniae and saururus chinensi in water to remove off-flavor and extracting with heat water to obtain mixed hot water extract of the herba houttuyniae and saururus chinensi; a step of grinding the herba houttuyniae and saururus chinensi and filtering; a step of adding fructo-oligosaccharide to the filtered extracted-liquid to saccharify and natural-fermenting to obtain fermented liquid; a step of mixing the mixed hot water extract and mixed fermented liquid at a volume rate of 99:0.7~1.3 to manufacture main ingredient; a step of adding and mixing maple syrup 0.07~0.1, isomalto-oligosaccharides 0.03~0.05, xylitol 0.03~0.05, and vitamin C 0.022~0.025 based on main raw material 99, and sterilizing at 80~90°C for 30~60 seconds.
