AN AGENT FOR HIGH EARLY STRENGTH AND HIGH LONG-TERM STRENGTH OF CONCRETE, PREPARED USING INDUSTRIAL WASTE, AND A METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF THE SAME

An agent for high early strength and high long-term strength is provided to improve excellent early strength and long-term strength improvement effects and to solve environmental contamination and increase in production costs by recycling wastes. A method for manufacturing an agent for high early strength and high long-term strength comprises the steps of: oxidizing wastes containing aromatic oxides with at least one selected from the group consisting of H2O2, KMnO4, K2Cr2O7, O3, K2S2O8, electronic beams and radiation, wherein the aromatic oxides are selected from the group consisting of a compound having a carbonyl group(C=O) to an aromatic compound, a compound having a sulfate group(-SOx) to the aromatic compound by sulfur-oxidation, a compound having a nitrate group(-NOx) to the aromatic compound by nitration; and dropping basic solution selected from sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide solutions in the oxidized wastes and neutralizing the waste.
