STRAIGHT TYPE CELL AGING DEVICE OF LCD CELL LINE AND CELL AGING METHOD

PURPOSE: An apparatus for aging a straight line cell of an LCD cell line and a cell aging method thereof are provided to minimize the process time by performing the aging in a cell state. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for aging a straight line cell of an LCD cell line comprises a input standby zone, a loading member(201), a aging treatment chamber(601), an aging in-stacker, an aging out-stacker and an unloading member(701). A cell passing through the liquid crystal injection and sealing/cleaning processes is waited to be conveyed in the input standby zone. In a cell state, the loading member performs the lighting test. The aging treatment chamber includes a plurality of chambers to test the reliability in the cell state.
