MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MAKGEALLI COMPRISING GINSENG AND MAKGEALLI THEREFROM

A makkoli(Korean traditional wine) manufacturing method including hemp and a method of cultivating the hemp are provided to manufacture makkoli having excellent flavor and medicine effect compared with the makkoli including conventional hemp using the hemp. A makkoli manufacturing method including hemp comprises steps of: preparing the hemp by cultivating the hemp; pulverizing the hemp; mixing the pulverized hemp with the manufactured makkoli; and aging the makkoli containing the hemp. A method of cultivating the hemp comprises next steps of: obtaining seed from the hemp grown up over 3 year in broad-leaves forest, coniferous forest and mixed forest; and sowing the seed in the forest soil of same condition as the forest soil in which the hemp obtaining the seed is grown up.
