Composition contains fresh or mineralised water, polysaccharide thickener, boron coupling agent, water-soluble surface-active substance - SAS and diethanolamine, and as boron coupling agent contains coupling agent "СП-РД", as water soluble SAS - complex SAS - neftenol VVD or neftenol K, or neftenol ML and additionally solvent Nefras AK with following component ratio, wt %: polysaccharide thickener 0.2-1.0, coupling agent "СП-РД" 0.2 - 1.0, said water soluble SAS 0,1 - 1.0, diethanolamine 0 - 5.0, solvent Nefras AK 0.1 - 1.0, fresh or mineralised water the remaining part. Method of composition preparing includes solution in fresh or mineralised water of water soluble SAS or successive solution in water of diethanolamine and water soluble SAS. Then in obtained solution Nefras AK is introduced and mixed till micellar dispersion is obtained with further solution and hydration in it of polysaccharide thickener.
