FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy and can be used for treatment of multifactorial diseases (MD). Molecular map of the disease is made on the basis of data of complex genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, cellular types of biosample analysis by means of laboratory of compact architecture, data of information diagnostic system "Patient's file". After that personalised treatment is performed, including medication, which acts on detected in patient's molecular map biological targets of disease development, into regime of disease treatment or excluding medication from regime of disease treatment if molecules responsible for development of adverse side responses on said medication are detected. Also carried out is evaluation of efficiency and safety of treatment regime designed for the patient in case their re-appeal.;EFFECT: method allows to increase MD treatment efficiency due to acceleration of diagnostics and selection of individual treatment regime.;2 dwg
