FIELD: food production process.;SUBSTANCE: concentrate is cooked by cutting pork and chopping a part of the pork, cutting and blanching onions, chopping fish fillet and cutting ham. The listed ingredients are mixed with chicken eggs, rice wine, salt and CO2-extract of pyrolised wood to obtain the forcemeat. The forcemeat is shaped to obtain balls. Spinach is cut and frozen and mixed with tallow and salt without oxygen access. The balls, obtained mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
