FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at using in meat industry when storing meat with DFD qualities. Cooled to (-1)-0°C meat is exposed to radiation with intensity up to 35 mcW/cm2 by light-emitting-diode device. The last is located on the distance of not more than 40 cm from the surface of meat and includes oscillators of blue, red and green light. The radiation is carried out during 4-6 days everyday with exposure duration of 55-65 minutes.;EFFECT: invention provides increase of storage life of meat with DFD qualities.;1 tbl
