METHOD OF COMPLEX CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT OF EARLY STAGE LARGE JOINT OSTEOARTHROSIS AND METHOD OF ITS ESTIMATION

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine namely to taumatology and neurology, and can be used in conservative treatment of patients with large joint osteoarthritis at early stages. For this purpose in muscles of affected limb trigger points are determined with further putting on them ointment application consisting of equal parts of chondroxide and diclofenac-AKOS for 5-7 minutes. Also hypertonic compresses containing 4-layer gauze bandage soaked with hypertonic sodium chloride solution with temperature 37 degrees is applied for 40 minutes. Daily during three days at exactly set time manual influence on trigger points is performed. Intervals between sessions are 24 hours. Then curse of hyperbaric oxygenation is carried out, which consists of 8 sessions 50 minutes each with operating pressure in isopressure mode 1.3 at. Before and after course of treatment amplitude of electromyogramme of muscles belonging to affected joint is registered, data are presented in form of petal diagram by which area of irregular quadrangle is determined, which is proportional to total bioelectric activity of tested muscles.
