The specified effect is ensured by determining the serum cytokine level IL-1β, TNFα by the EIA method with applying diagnostic test systems before treatment, 6, 12 and 18-24 months later. If IL-1β concentration is decreased within 6-24 months, and TNFα concentration - within terms 12-24 months, conservative treatment is estimated as satisfactory.
