Patient anamnesis and clinicolaboratory data are used to determine: waist, body weight index, age of articular syndrome onset, triglyceride and uric acid content in blood serum. They are graded and evaluated. Predicted factors F1 and F2 are calculated by formulas: F1 = -1.29+ 1.99* a1 - 1.12* a2 + 1.34* a3 + 0,3* a4 + 0.54* a5; F2 = -3.93- 3.65* a1 + 2.06* a2 - 2.45* a3 - 0.56* a4 - 0.99* a5; respectively, where a1…5 represent graded and evaluated risk factors, with a1 being waists (cm); a2 - body weight index (kg/m2); a3 - age of articular syndrome onset (years); a4 - triglyceride level in blood (mmol/l); a5 - uric acid content in blood serum (mmol/l).
