The method involves providing entity instances (A, B, E), where a respective entity instance is formed by allocation of entity characteristics to a respective entity. Interactions between the entity instances are characterized by one or more interaction characteristics (f1, f2), where the interaction characteristics for a respective interaction contain one or more ontology based characteristics (of1-of3). A measure for a relation between the entity instances of the respective interaction is determined, based on the interaction characteristics of the interaction. An independent claim is also included for a computer program product having instructions to perform a method or computer-aided determination of a relation between semantic entities in a text body comprising biological and/or biomedical contents.
