An independent claim is included for a lacquer composition based on an epoxy resin mixture, a hardness accelerator, a epoxy functional adhesion mediator based on silane and a solvent, where the epoxy resin mixture shows 10-94 wt.% of at least a solid epoxy resin with an epoxy number of maximum 2 equivalent/kg; 1-50 wt.% of at least a solid multi-functional epoxy resin with an epoxy number of greater than 4 equivalent/kg; and 5-40 wt.% of a phenol and/or cresol novolac with a melting point of greater than 30[deg] C, where the solid multi-functional epoxy resin belongs to the group of epoxy phenol novolac or the bisphenol A epoxy resins.
