The device has a discharging chamber (2), an offset chamber (3), cable systems such as flow pipe (5) and return pipe (6), one-way valves (10, 11) and fluid provided in the device, where the device discharges pressure during a loading phase of the fluid from the discharging chamber. The pressure works at a motion sequence of problem zones, and excess pressure transferred into the offset chamber is utilized for selective massage for a short time. The fluid is returned by a compression ratio of the offset chamber into the discharging chamber for assembling a supporting function.
