The device has an illuminating body i.e. light, holding an electrically illuminating unit e.g. LED and cold cathode lamp, and a clamping body (20). The illuminating body has a cylindrical base fastened with an illuminating unit support that is transverse to its cylinder axis. The body (20) has an open support with an inner surface (221), where the base is engaged with the surface in a form-fit or friction-fit manner. The body (20) has a support (22) and clamping sides (241, 242) that are manufactured from form-stable and easily flexible plastic in a single piece.
