The oven has a base frame provided with lateral and front-side mounting rails that outwardly strut, carry and secure a lower front lining panel (1), a sill plate (2), middle front lining panels (3u, 3o), upper front lining panels (4u, 4o), a side lining panel (6) and a narrow side lining panel (7). The rails have a flat steel bar or angle section, where widths of the rails are reset relative to strength of the panels. The frame is covered by a cover plate (9). Rear corner stands are strengthened with a U-profile by an auxiliary stand, and a fire protection plate is moved into the U-profile.
