The thermoelectric accumulator comprises a heat reservoir and a cold reservoir, which are thermally separated, and an arrangement of thermoelectric generators. Thermoelectric generators are interposed on transition points of heat pipes of a vacuum tube collector. A heat exchanger is provided for a collector circuit for recovering electrical energy. Thermal energy is supplied in selected temperatures such that a thermoelectric battery drive is obtained on the basis of thermal storage having different temperature levels without heat supply and without cooling.
