The modular bridge (1) consists of multiple similar bridge segments (2). The individual bridge segments are designed in a plate-shape manner and are connected together in a detachable manner. The C-profiles (5) are placed on the side edges of the bridge segments for reinforcing the modular bridge. The C-profiles are moved in order to overlap the bridge segments adjacent to the front sides (7,8) facing each other.
