The device for the sealing of a lumen of individual conduits in an outer protective conduit consists of axially opposite pressure elements with at least one sealing element in between them. The pressure elements have part segments (11-14), with facing segments for a round hole (7). The part segments of the pressure elements are connected via at least one dividing bridge (61-64) and are spaced apart. The dividing bridge in each case is located on the free end of the part segment which lies against the sealing element.
