The segment (1) has a plate shaped structure with two oppositely faced side wall regions (2, 3) extending towards a longitudinal axis of the bridge segment. The side wall regions are designed as upper and lower flanges. A hook (5), a pin (7), a projection (8), a cross hole (9) and a fastening bolt are connected to enable a detachable connection between the bridge segments. The hook is arranged at the front upper edge (4) of the upper flange, and the pin is arranged at the rear upper edge (6) of the upper flange.
