The multi-chamber profile has inner and outer regions (A, B) that are separated by the reinforcement ribs, which run in the vehicle height direction. Chambers (20) of the outer region has a larger cross section than chambers (22) of the inner region. The multi-chamber profile has a triangular chamber that is arranged in a lower region of the carrier, which is formed of aluminum.
