PURPOSE: A one time rewritable optical disc and an optical disc management data recording method are provided to record track data on one time recordable optical disc, to record logically session data on the disc for making an additional physical area unnecessary and maintaining interoperability with a conventional ROM standard, and to efficiently update track data. CONSTITUTION: The optical disc includes a temporary defect management area where temporary defect management data and track data notifying disc usage state are recorded. The track data includes track sort data, the first address data of a corresponding track, and the last address data of recorded data. The disc usage state includes a header and a track data list. The header makes a system recognize the track data, and the track data list directly displays the track data and includes session data.
