The present invention relates to a packaging layout of a computer bay, comprising a transport pallet (2) and a computer rack (1), the latter being associated with the rollers extending vertically from a first distance with respect to a lower face (10) of the opening. The computer rack is secured to the pallet (2) by two anchoring means disposed below the opening on either side of a vertical median plane (p1), said pallet (2) comprising two side modules (21, 22) and an intermediate supporting means (20) which is separable from the remainder of the pallet and making it possible to connect the side modules (21, 22). The side modules comprise means (210, 23) of the removable fixing to the anchoring means for holding it in horizontal position of the computer rack (1), so that the pallet (2) is spaced apart from the bottom of the opening of a second distance (h2) less than said first distance.
