The device (1) has a support (3) formed of a metallic tube and includes a receiving unit (4) receiving a rotational axle (12) that is integrated to a periphery of a passenger protection rack. Fixation units (5a, 5b) are fixed to a case of a motor vehicle and are arranged on both sides of the support. The units are extended at a distance different from the unit (4). The units have an associating rod (6) that is removably associated to the support and provided with a free end (7) that is arranged in a manner to be co-operated with the unit (4) provided on the case.
