The system has a flattenable pipe element (1) comprising ends provided with pipe sockets (11) to allow reciprocal connection using rapid closing couplings (2) and an assembly of main structural elements. The structural elements are branch pipe fittings (3), discharge pipe flanges (4) of a pumping device, a handling end (5) and an anchor plate (6). The structural elements are assembled in different combinations, and are equipped with final parts of a model identical to a model of the sockets of the pipe element and with other flanges provided with rear conical surfaces.
