PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time required for discretization of a virtual space in which the shape of a printed circuit board is defined and for determination of the electromagnetic field strengths. PSOLUTION: When a plurality of cells as a reference for arranging points where electric field strength is calculated based on an FDTD method and points where magnetic field strength is calculated are arranged in a virtual space in which the shapes of the conductor of a multi-layer printed circuit board and an insulator are defined, an FDTD simulator 13 arranges the nodes of the cells so that the nodes of the cells are equally spaced in a plane which is parallel with the multi-layer printed circuit board.
